What is a Presswork Massage?
A Presswork Massage is a personalised remedial massage treatment designed to relieve pain, reduce muscular tension and improve the way your body moves and feels. Using targeted therapeutic techniques, Stephen works on the muscles and areas contributing to pain, injury, restriction or ongoing discomfort, with each treatment tailored to what your body needs.
Differing from a standard relaxation massage, which focuses primarily on general stress relief, remedial massage aims to identify and treat the underlying cause of pain or restricted movement.
Whether you’re dealing with an injury, chronic pain, muscular tightness or the physical effects of stress, the focus is on recovery and longer-lasting relief.
